At OfficeDesk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workspace setup. If your new desk or ergonomic chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Pack with Care

  Disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original protective packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a complimentary carrier pickup or drop it off at a designated shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
